PDC training

Colombo carries out the Colombo Development Program (PDC), intending to develop all the hierarchical levels of the company, from operational to board. This training seeks a positive change in the relationships between the different sectors through the development of the personal skills of each Employee, promoting attitudes based on the company's values and mobilizing knowledge, providing a more agile, effective, and enjoyable work for all.
