As part of an HR Project called ONE DAY AT COLOMBO, the company opens its doors to receive the families of its Employees. These families are given a tour of the manufacturing and administrative units, where they are introduced to the work environment of their respective representatives. During the entire visit, the Collaborator accompanies his/her family, as well as another Collaborator, from the same unit, is invited to patronize and accompany the family of the co-worker. These families have the opportunity to learn about the company's history, products, and, among other things, the health and safety aspects adopted by the company. Colombo believes that this integration is an important valuation tool, as it encourages recognition of the importance of the Employee's work by their family members and the work team itself.
